The wait is finally over! Tomorrow OSMC 2024 is about to start, and our team has set up an amazing conference are here at the Holiday Inn Nuremberg City Centre!
Today was all about our hands-on workshops, checking-in most of our participants and welcome them at the „Welcome Dinner“.
The Workshops
Today was a great workshop day! Our trainers gave participants the chance to learn and take part in hands-on activities. Topics like Kubernetes, GitLab, Icinga, and OpenTelemetry were covered, with each session aimed at building skills, sharing knowledge, and encouraging teamwork. It was a productive day, with everyone actively involved and gaining valuable insights for their personal and professional growth. Thanks for joining us!
Check-In & Welcome
In the afternoon, we opened the check-in counter and welcomed our participants. Most attendees arrived today, creating an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation for the next two conference days.
The check-in process ran smoothly, and it was wonderful to see both familiar faces and newcomers eager to connect and explore what OSMC has to offer.
Many participants took the opportunity to exchange first impressions and dive into conversations right away.
The Welcome Dinner
For those participants who have traveled from afar to join us today, we will be hosting a „Welcome Dinner“ later on. The dinner will take place at the hotel restaurant, where everyone will have the chance to enjoy a delicious meal together. It will be a great opportunity to relax, connect with others, and start the event in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Tomorrow at 9:00 AM, Bernd Erk will kick off the conference with an exciting opening. Be sure not to miss it!
